It’s easy to know when people don’t like something, because they tell you on social media. And right up there on the social media rants list is claiming from insurance. Instead of shying away from this insight, Santam embraced it. And in the process, reminded the haters that Santam the one insurer who looks for reasons to pay you, rather than not.
We adapted one hash tag that haters love, #ThingsIdRatherDo, and made it even more specific by changing it to
#ThingsIdRatherDoThanClaim.
